Recipe ingredients

For the ghost tortillas and salsa:

  • 1 box of tomato puree

For the Chocolate Pirate Pancakes:

  • 260 g Schär C dough mix
  • 4 boxes of chocolate powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 packet of gluten-free yeast

For mummy sausages:

  • 12 sausages, vegetable or not
  • 250 years Schär bread mix
  • 14 g of gluten-free yeast
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g butter (or oil)
  • 4 g of salt
  • 100 ml plant milk or not

Ghost tortillas and salsa:

  1. Take the Schär wrappers and shape them into shapes using a cookie cutter.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and lay out the chips, brush them with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Once the chips are golden brown, let them cool.
  4. Meanwhile, make the salsa. Wash and cut into cubes: onions, peppers, tomatoes and squeeze out a clove of garlic.
  5. Fry everything in a pan with olive oil. Add the diced vegetables, then the tomato puree, paprika, salt and pepper.
  6. Stir and mix well, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Taste for seasoning if needed.
  8. Transfer to a bowl and dip the chips in it.

Chocolate Pirate Pancakes:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. If the dough is too thick, add milk, if too liquid – flour.
  2. In a hot and lightly oiled pan, cook the pancakes on each side (be careful that they are large enough to cut into molds).
  3. Let them cool and cut them out with the cookie cutter of your choice, here we chose the pirate cutter.
  4. Using an edible ink pen or chocolate, you can draw patterns on it.
  5. Serve with a side dish of your choice (spread, honey, etc.).

Sausages with mummy:

  1. Activate the yeast: put yeast with sugar and 1 teaspoon of Mix Pain Schär in a saucepan, pour boiling water over everything and leave for about 10 minutes.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them in a food processor or by hand until you have a dough that can be rolled into a ball (if it is too runny, add flour Mix the bread, if it is too compact, add a little milk).
  3. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle the work surface with the bread mixture and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
  5. Cut strips about 1 cm wide and wrap them around each sausage. (Add strips if needed depending on size of sausage)
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
