Preparation of the recipe

    Peel potatoes, carrots and celery and cut into cubes. Heat the butter, add the lentils and vegetables and brown them.

    Add 1 liter of water, bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Pass the soup through a blender or food processor, add half of the fresh cream, soy sauce, cumin and pepper.
